Refund Policy

Hey there! I want to be upfront about how refunds work so there’s no confusion later.

Because of the digital nature of my products — and the fact that you get instant access to the content when you purchase it — all sales are final unless the product is specifically listed in the "Products eligible for a refund" section.

That means:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • No partial refunds or credits.
  • No exceptions for “change of mind,” “didn’t use it,” or “didn’t get around to logging in.”

This guarantee is only for those who have completed the entire course and have done all of the work.

If you completed the course by going through all of the lessons, watching all of the videos, you created your customer avatar profile with the Avatar Creator, and you followed all of the instructions for creating a custom GPT, but you still were not able to create it, I am more than willing to refund your money.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly instruct its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If you receive a refund for any purchase through this money-back guarantee, you shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use.

You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation, video recordings, audio recordings, forms, prompts, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including, without limitation, video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.

Any customer may redeem a money-back guarantee from the Company only once, regardless of how many products and/or services the customer purchases. In other words, after a customer has received a refund for any one product under this money-back guarantee, that customer shall not be entitled to a refund for any other product or service purchased from the Company.

🚨 Chargebacks

Because this policy is clearly stated, I do not accept chargebacks under any circumstances.

If you submit a chargeback after enrolling in the AI Content Society, I reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score.

The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.
